Through this Be T.O.U.R.I.S.T Community Festival, we would like to take the opportunity to create awareness among the public on seven topics; T (Old Town) , O (Originality), U (UNESCO), R (Rain forest), I (Island), S (Spiritual), T (Traditional Trade). We will touch on the tourist behaviour, the heritage values, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and career professionalism. Apart from that, in conjunction with the World Tourism Day 2019 on the theme of 'Tourism and Jobs: A better future for all', our events also foster awareness among the community on the importance of tourism in providing employments in the world both directly or indirectly.
